Now for the wildflowers - for those who think they will get bored with wildflowers - tune out NOW!
Mullewa - Laurie, Jeff and I went on the 2.0km Everlastings walk around the town.
There were sprawling carpets of sensationally colored Everlastings which were a delight to our senses.
Perenjori - Here we found the elusive Wreath Flower (Leschenaultia macrantha), we also enjoyed the endless vistas of pink, yellow and white everlastings
Morawa - Fields of tiny daisy like flowers, the whole landscape came alive with vibrant colour.
Caron Dam - lots of different varieties are here, bright orange wild pomegranate, bright pink native foxgloves, many species of orchids, although we were a bit early for them, blue cornflower and yellow bells.
We met people who had travelled from all over the world to see them, and we have them right on our doorstep.
The Wildflowers of Western Australia, what a privilege to have been here when they were flowering.
